Valencia, Spain – 02.01.2010
As the teams break for lunch from the first F1 tests of the 2010 season at Cheste, near Valencia, Ferrari’s Felipe Massa finds himself at the top of the time sheets.
While it is a long day with many tests to come, it is a bit of a relief for the beloved Tifosi to see a scarlet machine heading the way.
While none of us really know who is testing what and how many changes are yet to come for many of the cars that are debuting here in Spain this week, it is clear that Ferrari have some pace behind them which comes as relief to many of the Tifosi. As reported on the Official Ferrari Website, “This session at the “Ricardo Tormo” circuit is of great interest and around 100 journalists arrived in the Spanish city for the debut of the cars from seven teams. Even the grandstands are crowded although it is Monday”.
